1. When will the order arrive at my home?

After receipt of payment, your order usually takes 5 - 7 working days to be delivered to you (depending on where you live/based). We will ship your order within 24 hours of purchase to ensure an expedited delivery process.

2. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will of course receive an individual tracking number by email so that you can track your shipment.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, depending on your location.

4. Can I have my order delivered to a postal address or packing station?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to have our orders delivered to a postal address or packing station.

5. What shipping options are there?

Currently we can only offer standard shipping. Since our delivery times are already very quick, we do not offer express shipping. If you can't wait for delivery, we recommend the digital, directly printable PDF version. You can then simply have these printed out at home or in a store.

6. I would like to send the order directly to the recipient. Can you send my package without an invoice?

We only send our invoice by email to the email address you provided when placing your order. This means you can easily surprise your loved ones with a unique gift.

7. How is the packaging used to ship my order?

All our orders are securely packed in a suitable shipping box to ensure smooth delivery.
